Real estate transactions are complicated, emotional endeavors, and major investments, which is why Joakim believes the customer’s needs and best interests always come first. His mission is to guide and support each client through the process so they can make informed decisions and meet or exceed their goals to the highest satisfaction.

Joakim’s passion for real estate led him to actively invest himself. He’s spent several years on his own real estate investments and transactions resulting in hundreds of thousands in profits. Throughout these years, he has developed knowledge for finding and evaluating great deals, negotiating with buyers and sellers, and executing a seamless process to generate the most value for each transaction.

After spending more than two decades in the Silicon Valley High-Tech industry, where he held key leadership roles in sales, operations, and data analytics, he gained years of experience in executive level sales, customer service, operations, project and stakeholder management, escalation management, creative problem solving, requirements gathering, and outcome-based design thinking.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Joakim holds a B.A. degree in Economics. Additionally, as a native and lifelong resident of the Kings Mountain and Half Moon Bay areas, he has insider knowledge of the Mountain and Coastal communities and inventory.

He recognizes the need for a knowledgeable consultant who can produce top results and looks to bring his corporate and personal real estate investment experience to help others navigate the real estate process.
